Victoria 3 Update - NEW Character Interactions, Flavor, Agitators & Exile!
Victoria 3 Patch 1.3 and the accompanying paid dlc pack Voice of the People release May 22, and ahead of their release Paradox have revealed an overhaul of the character interactions system in Victoria 3, taking a small leaf out of other Paradox games like Crusader Kings 3 or EU4 in expanding the list of actions to include the likes of royal weddings! Before that though, we're discussing the new Agitator Role, and the Exile Function. Two interchangeable new character statuses in Victoria 3. There's some neat functionality to them.
