Lapu Lapu has a normal base movement of 260.
Using his ultimate and casting the ultimate again he can spike a high movement speed up to 1904 movement speed.
Making him the only hero to achieve such feats.
But here's the catch, he gets a brief movement speed for 0.5 sec only.

He can achieve up to 3320, making him the only hero to achieve such movement speed.
But his movement speed last for only 0.5 seconds, heroes like zilong and Hellcurt can outpace him easily.
I don't know if he should be welcome to the 1000 movement speed gang, or he is above them.
