Hey guys, just wanted to make a quick guide showing you how to get one of the best mods in the game (in my opinion). I'm sure some of you already have this but for those of you that don't explore every single building this is a quick way to get a powerful mod.
The Osprey 9 Suppressor is the linchpin of most competitive SMG builds in the game and doesn't require any RNG whatsoever. You simply have to go to the location shown, complete the mission and its all yours!
This mod gives +20% crit chance when using 9MM SMGs like the Vector and the only miniscule downside is a -10% rate of fire (which is made up for by using holstered chatterbox).
With the crit-chance cap being at 60% this one attachment basically gets you 1/3rd of the way there, making it very easy to hit the cap and also making it so you have more flexibility in your gear choices!
The fact that you can get the best weapon mod in the game with no RNG is also a nice touch as well. Combined with a laser sight you can get half way to crit cap without even touching your gear.
