In order to achieve this time, I use an orb master common blade and double stack a fusion combo on the same break before chain attacking. This is as close to ideal as possible with only one small thing I would have liked to happen for this to be 1-2 seconds faster.
I use a beta scope on tora to reduce his break chance instead of master scope, this gives me a greater chance of tora not breaking instantly and me having to wait for break to expire. If there is anything else you want to know, feel free to ask.
