Here share 4 easy methods to find and copy a file/folder path on Mac.

Option 1. Show path bar in Finder and then copy as pathname.
Option 2. Select and right-click the file or folder and pick "Get info" to copy the file path next to Where.
Option3. Open the Terminal app and drag your file or folder into it. Then copy the path.
Option 4. Click the Finder icon in the Dock, then "Go" --"Go to Folder", click the "x" and drag the file to the search bar to display its path.
