This video is an introduction to the AWS Lambda console.
We create a new function and then go over the lambda console and cover the following topics:
how code can be uploaded or edited
logging to the console and filtering by the request id
configuring a test event and running the function
monitoring the function using cloudwatch
setting and using environment variables
configuring memory usage and timeouts
configuring the concurrency of the function and throttling
the function's state and whether it's a long running process
creating new versions and aliases and then a trigger associated with an alias (using API gateway)
deploying new versions and rolling back to older versions
