Jazz balance hide or dosra balance
Jazz Doosra Balance allows the prepaid subscribers to have another account where they can save their balance for times when it’s needed the most, i.e. when the user runs out of balance and has already utilized Jazz advance as well. Doosra balance will not be used for any deductions until it is retrieved back in the main account, therefore users who feel their balance drops quickly can utilize this service to have a better control over their balance.
Subscription Process :
Subscriber will dial *869# to subscribe to the service
Subscriber will dial *869# to access the main menu
Follow the menu to move balance in and out of the virtual account and to check the balance for doosra balance (virtual account).
Unsubscription:
Customer will dial *869# to access the service menu and press 3 to unsubscribe from the service. Once the customer unsubscribes from the service, its doosra balance will be moved to main account after deduction of retrieval charges of Rs. 1+Tax
Service Charges:
There are no subscription charges for the service
There are no charges for depositing the amount in doosra (virtual) account
Only charges will be on retrieval of balance from virtual account , which will be Rs. 1+Tax per retrieval
Upper cap on balance deposit is Rs.100
Important Points:
In order to retrieve the amount from “doosra balance”, user will have to enter amount greater
than service fee of Rs.1+Tax
Once the customer dials *869# to access the menu, he will be shown his doosra balance amount
in message string
Complaint Handling:
We will launch “Balance Check complaint” in Siebel if after services charges deduction user is unable to use the product through short code *869#. We will mention the complete details of
error or issue faced in SR.
