This practice includes some great stretches for alleviating upper and lower back tension. We'll do some easy opening stretches, a little core activation, followed by some standing postures mixed into some sun salutations. We'll add some inner thigh stretches and balance in the tree and end with some great stretches on the floor with a strap while protecting our lower back. Namaste.
