Libreoffice Writer (the word processor of Libreoffice) has a new feature in version 4.0 (which comes with Ubuntu 13.04) which shows the exact color, font, size, etc. of Heading1, Heading2, etc. when you click in "Apply Styles". If you want to alter any of these it is easy to do by clicking the icon to the left of the "Apply Styles" box, then selecting from the popup list and right-clicking anywhere on that list. Only the file you are working on at the moment is altered. In this manner, you can have as many styles as you want.
