Episode 18: Jaffa Port
Next to the modern city of Tel Aviv, located the ancient port city- Jaffa, operational for over 7,000 years! Older than ancient Egypt!
Jaffa was even mentioned in the Talmud, as the port that was used by King Salomon to import cedar wood from ancient Lebanon. From there it was transferred to Jerusalem, where it was used to build the Second Temple!
