wiki sans is an ominous, backlit depiction of sans created by paintedhen on twitter, based on various graphical glitches that have been observed in images on the Undertale Wiki. according to paintedhen, wiki is a digital entity living in the undertale fandom wiki. he can take various forms, including other characters, however he prefers to appear as (and pretend to be) sans. he usually avoids being seen and rarely speaks, but when he does, he often uses undertale quotes in unrelated contexts. he looks scary and acts intimidating, but he's not malicious. he simply gets too into the "judge" role and acts according to his own arbitrary rules, all ultimately for fun and games. he acts more like someone pretending to be sans than the actual skeleton. sometimes he can take the forms of other characters from undertale.
mandeltarune is an alternate universe brought to life by mrkyspices on twitter, inspired by the mandela catalog. mandela catalogue is a youtube analog horror series created by alex kister that takes place in the fictional mandela county after it has suddenly become haunted by the 'alternates', demons that are capable of changing their shape in order to resemble other people such as gabriel, as well as using psychological techniques to induce their victims to commit suicide. the series gained popularity in 2021 after a number of youtubers posted videos covering it. as of july 2022, the series has 9 videos consisting of 3 "volumes." an indie game inspired by the series was created, titled maple county. in the alternate universe, an alternate has taken the form of noelle holiday, using her form to rap, often times using her dark world form to replace the angel gabriel.
