CISCO Private network Demo Day
Welcome to Virgin Media O2's lab in Harwell, Oxfordshire! In this video, you'll witness the demo day for our testing of Cisco's private 5G network solution, P5GN. Our team are always on the lookout for new 5G ideas to trial and test, and today's focus is on the P5G product from Cisco.
Through this private 5G network, we can manage our system remotely through the Cisco cloud, which ensures the best possible customer service. But that's not all! As part of the 5G Drive project, we're also connecting public and private networks using the SEPP interface, a standard roaming interface for 5G. This allows us to manage any security rule sets outside of our network through an IPX, making it secure for everyone concerned.
