What's up my SchmecklingDeckers. Just wanted to put this message out there, that I said in the video "Whether I agree with Kripke's thoughts on the republican party or not, making Homelander a Trump allegory f**kin' sucks" and I would implore you guys to hear me on that. I'm young but I was also taught that old school way that politics should stay private because it'll lead to relationships damaged, but trust me when I say, I do not like Trump. Kripke's interpretation is accurate to the republican party, but please realize: My take is saying that it doesn't belong in the show. Not that it's inaccurate. I also said in the video "I watch all of these shows constantly centered around politics, but none of them come to the point of exhaustion that The Boys makes me have". Which is me saying: "Their political commentary is one-note, surface level, and dedicates too much time on the topic as if it thinks it's not one-note and surface level." I'm going to try to not bring up political stuff in my vids again unless it's entirely relevant to the subject matter because it's not worth the fear of being misunderstood as some living-under-a-rock fence rider when all I was trying to do was not start a comment war about politics. I could chew all of your ears off with what I have to say about the current political climate, but I choose not to because at the end of the day I just wanna talk about Movies and TV shows. Hope you guys understand what I'm trying to say, thanks for watching and reading this. Also 2 errors from myself this video: I put "Minor Spoilers" for breaking bad, while Gus's death was actually a big spoiler. My bad. Oh and I also know I mispronounced "epitome". Each video I try to get better and better and apart of learning to be a YouTuber who puts my own personal opinion into videos is not just genuine errors, but also just being wrong sometimes. Sometimes the comments I see are just hating, some comments I see didn't understand what I was trying to say, and some comments are actually dead-on right with a counter argument. And it's important in life to admit when you're wrong! Wish YouTube would allow me to upload a new video onto this one, with some things tweaked but oh well! It is what it is. I do what I do.
