How to check Status, START, ENABLE of a service on Linux OS using SYSTEMCTL
It is used for managing LINUX services. systemctl is a command-line availability tool used to manage the systemd service. Systemd is a system as well as service manager for Linux operating systems. systemctl command replaces the service COMMAND used in earlier versions of Linux flavour. systemctl to execute administrative tasks such as
1 seeing a services status,
2 Enable/disable services at boot time,
3 Starting or stopping services.
4 Root privileges required to execute command
The systemctl command syntax is
systemctl status [service-name]
systemctl status [service_name.service]
