Correa Boring System
The new and unique boring system has been patented by Nicolás Correa.
It combines the advantages of a milling machine such speed, accuracy, and flexibility with the advantages of a boring machine; stiffness with higher power-torque values.
The in-line spindle motor allows to work with 90 kW and 3.438 Nm in S1.
The boring bar BM-180 features a diameter of 180 mm with a W travel of 1.000 mm.
On top of that, all heads including the boring bar BM-180 can be changed automatically in the head changer system providing the maximum flexibility and productivity.
