How to Coinvote with Zcash:
Election announced
an entity decides to run a coin vote and asks questions of interest
they curate a question that will be asked, as well as possible answers
they also choose the "window" that the vote will take place. This interval uses block heights
finalzing the election yields a "election seedphrase" that should be keep private until the election is over
Election host/server
a server is hosted online with an election url for folks to access the vote
they dont have access to who votes on what, everything is encrypted
this entity could be different from the election creator
