Anoka-Hennepin School Lunchrooms Cope With Food Allergies
According to the Center for Disease Control, 1-in-13 children have a food allergy. In lunchrooms at Anoka-Hennepin Schools, nutrition staff work hard to avoid cross contamination and keep kids safe.
