install
Before installing, delete the old patch first
Make sure you have deleted the option file and the old patch database file from cider (.bin) or cpk
Can use datapack DLC 1-7 or not
Click 2x "t99_2021_v2_setup.exe" and enter the password to continue the install process
Choose the install location correctly
After the install process is complete, don't forget to regenerate DpFileList.bin
