Synopsis:
Rosco (Terence Hill), a friendly ventriloquist and skateboarder, and Doug (Bud Spencer), a tough giant fresh out of prison, meet by chance during a chaotic roadside stop. After escaping the police, who mistake them for dangerous truck robbers, they decide to take the first available flight to Miami to throw the authorities off their trail.
The problem is, they manage to board the plane using tickets that don't belong to them. Upon landing, they are greeted by high-ranking CIA officials, who mistake them for two of the government's top secret agents! Somehow, Rosco and Doug receive briefcases full of millions of dollars, high-tech gadgets, and a luxury suite at the best hotel in the city. In return, they only have to do one small job: find and stop the evil villain K1 (Buffy Dee), a deranged criminal who plans to erase the knowledge of numbers from the human mind. Through cunning, luck, and lots and lots of punches, these two fake spies will try to save the world.
