In professional health and nursing, the nursing process is a systematic working method for recording, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions. This method, also known as the nursing control cycle, is based on the assumption that nursing is a dynamic problem-solving and relationship process that, among other things, requires... is to be controlled through feedback processes. Depending on the model, the process comprises four to six phases that build logically on one another and influence each other.
