Why? On Windows, Files Get Deleted Automatically When Left or Right Click ---Programs shortcuts, files, or folders won't open on double left-click as normal and You can't get your file in Recycle Bin.
For solution -
1st Clean Malware and Virus with Antivirus Software or Malware removable software.
2ndUpdate or Reinstall Driver.
3rd Repair Windows Corrupted system files or system image corruption from Windows or you can repair your full computer using bootable Pendrive.
Go to CMD- use this command.
CHKDSK C:
SFC /SCANNOW
4.Check storage setting.
