Magnetic Field of a Large U Magnet
In this leaving cert physics and junior cert science video I show you how to show the magnetic field of a large u shaped magnet using iron filings. Watch as the filings grow by sticking to each other and it looks like the magnetic field is growing! Of course the magnetic field is always there we are just using a magnetic material to show it.
