How To Populate A Listbox In An Excel Userform
Many times you need to populate a listbox control in a userform. This is one method on how to achieve this.
Here are steps to do this:
1. Create a defined name that will grow over time as your data grows
2. Use the OFFSET Function and COUNTA function
3. The COUNTA Function counts the number of cells that are not empty in a range
4. Create the user form with a listbox control on it
5. Rowsource property must be set to the defined name range. This will tell excel where will the data come from to populate the listbox
6. Columncount property must be set to the # of columns you want displayed
