In this tutorial, I’ll show you how to add headers and footers in Google Docs on your Windows PC. Headers and footers are perfect for adding titles, page numbers, dates, or other important information to your document.

Follow these simple steps:

Open your Google Docs document on your Windows PC.

Click on Insert in the top menu.

Select Header & page number → choose Header or Footer.

Type the text you want to appear at the top or bottom of every page.

Format your header or footer using the toolbar if needed.

Click outside the header/footer area to return to the main document.

✅ That’s it! You’ve successfully added headers and footers in Google Docs on Windows PC.
