ZoomIt - screen zoom and annotation tool
ZoomIt v1.50 is an awesome utility by Mark Russinovich and can be found on the Microsoft TechNet website. It is a terrific tool for a presentation where you want to highlight a certain area of the screen and it's particularly useful on a small screen where you just can't read the fine print.
