#40: Pizza from the kettle grill with Moesta pizza ring – like wood-fired pizza from an Italian r...
Today we had pizza again. I used the Moesta BBQ pizza ring on the 57cm Weber kettle. Add a nice beechwood fire, and it tastes like Italy.
Definitely try it!

Dough Recipe:
for about 12 pizzas
1.5 kg "Tipo 00" pizza flour
6 packets of dry yeast
3 tsp. salt
3 tsp. sugar
15 tbsp. olive oil
750-800 ml lukewarm water
First, mix the dry ingredients together, then add the water and olive oil.
Knead into a smooth, elastic dough and cover with a damp cloth in a warm place until it has doubled in size.
Then knead briefly again and form the flatbreads.
Enjoy!
