This assignment demonstrates an industrial stamping system controlled using Node-RED and an Omron Sysmac PLC. Communication is handled through the MQTT protocol, allowing real-time interaction between the control system and a web-based dashboard.

🔧 Project Features:
Real-time PLC control via Node-RED dashboard
MQTT used for bidirectional communication
-Integrated with Omron Sysmac (NX1P2) using FINS or gateway support
-Control modes: Auto and Manual
-Live feedback from 4 sensors to track cylinder positions
-Status indication with Green (Auto), Yellow (Manual), Red (Stop) lights
-Sequence logic developed using Omron Sysmac PLC
🎯 Objective:
To simulate a smart stamping machine where:
Cylinder 1 and Cylinder 2 cannot operate simultaneously
Sequence logic is based on sensor feedback without timers
-Node-RED can start/stop the machine and toggle modes
