MOUNTAIN GIRLS
Tour de Sahyadri....
18 girls from UK accompanied with 2 Coordinators and Mr. Uden Sherpa (Guide from RIMO Expeditions, Ladakh) came to Pune for a cultural exchange program.
Trek to fort Sinhagad on 31st July 2018 and to Fort Tikona on 1st August 2018 were a part of their program.
The basic aim of planning these treks was to give them an introduction of the Forts in Sahyadris and the Historical importance behind them. All the girls attended both the treks with sheer enthusiasm and learnt about the history of these forts. They even enjoyed local cuisine which was arranged for them at both the forts.
