The Most Underrated Twins Add-On! [But not really] (Dead By Daylight)

When I originally looked up what Dormant meant I came across the definitions of
"having normal physical functions suspended or slowed down for a period of time" and
"temporarily inactive or inoperative"
And at the time of streaming/recording I apparently thought that meant *the period after a missed attack".
Ever since I've gotten to know what it actually does and that this Add-On isn't actually Underrated...
How's it going everyone, TheMikeyD here, today I'm here with a Twins video where I played as the Power Duo Charlotte and Victor (Twins) to try and establish a good performance. In this build I used a particular Add-On (called the "Ceremonial Candelabrum") which seems very minimal in value, but truly powerful in unique Victor situations!
