This video documents my efforts in the past five months to purchase a home in Italy while being remote in the U.S. I have discovered some painful realities which are embedded in this process as well as achieved a few small victories from my efforts. I will share all of my learnings and offer up some advice which can save you some frustration if you attempt to buy a property overseas while being remote throughout the process.
