Egyptian National ID Scanner Arabic Numbers

I have developed this module to scan the Egyptian National ID Card in order to recognize the Arabic numbers. It can be used later in a complete solution.
The experiment is conducted on 40 samples.
The accuracy of the system is 97%
39 were recognized correctly whereas 1 sample was recognized incorrectly.
I use strict evaluation. i.e, if one number failed to be recognized the whole ID is classified "incorrect result"
The one sample that fail contains very low resolution. So, it is doable to make the accuracy 100%.
