📌Engraving on metal surface with Wattsan fiber optic marker
✔️Preparation of the model
✔️Resizing the image
✔️Convert the text into curves, unite individual elements, so that there will be no intersection of the contours.
✔️The control program settings depend on the power, the speed of your machine and the type of material.
✔️In this example we are using a 20 W machine.
✔️Select the 0 degree fill method.
✔️Duplicate the image and overlay it over the first image.
✔️Set the engraving parameters for the second image at an angle of 90 degrees.
✔️This allows for a denser and more uniform engraving.
✔️Version 1
The parameters are set with maximum radiation power, slow speed and 2 steps.
This gives a clear engraving border.
✔️Version 2
The parameters are set with an average radiation power, high speed and a large number of steps.
This allows you to achieve a flat pattern with no visible boundaries between the fill and the contour.
Let's look at the differences between the first and second versions.
