AXIS Camera Station - version 5.48 new user features
In this release of AXIS Camera Station, we now add Axis devices to AXIS Camera Station using HTTPS by default, this ensures that the transmission of data between your devices and the server is more cyber secure. The process is automatic ensuring the installation of devices is simple. Where devices can not be added using HTTPS, HTTP will be used. An additional setting to use the IP address of the device can be used to verify the connection but this should only be used in solutions that use fixed IP addresses.
Finally, you can now connect to AXIS Cameras Station Health Monitoring remotely using a web browser. Once configured you can log into you MyAxis account and view the health off your server which includes information related to storage and retention.
