Nuclear weapons tend to be in the news when we worry about them. We worried all during those years of the Cold War, and then again, for a time, after 9/11 when the fear of nuclear terrorism emerged. Well, they're back: Russia, China and the United States are in an arms race and citizens should pay attention. Join Professors Robert L. Gallucci (Parent'03, '05) and Anthony C. Arend (SFS'80) for a conversation on the current state of nuclear weapons and international security.
