Using the new tool VEA GAMES created for UE4 named "LAM".
"LAM" stands for Landscape Auto Material and can soon be purchased on the ue4 marketplace, or if you cant wait, get it here:

This was just a short test to try out the tool, and I am really digging it. Sadly I dont have the time to go all out with it at the moment, but hopefully have some time soon :)
Combine this with speedtree, or a really good modeler and things just went into overdrive :)
