How I split my projects into tasks! Kanban board for authors
We may technically be now into the second month of the quarter, but I finally got around to setting up my Kanban board! I didn't do it last quarter and I really noticed a negative difference - I think it's because I'm such a visual person.
I'll run through some examples of taking a project from one of my goals and breaking it down with you, and show you how my board looks in the end. Hope it's helpful!
