February 1974. Annie, a factory worker and mother of two, accidentally becomes pregnant and meets the MLAC (Movement for the Freedom of Abortion and Contraception), which publicly performs illegal abortions.
Welcomed by this unique movement, founded on practical support for women and the sharing of knowledge, she finds new meaning in her life in the fight to pass the abortion law.
