In this short video, we're going to cover the SMS send features within our web application.
These features apply regardless of the send process that you use.

Which means that we make sure we don't duplicate message sending to the same number even if you include multiple recipients in your list.
00:44 Auto Extended Character Set Detection
Auto extended character set detection, this is the automated detection of non-DSM characters, and the reconfiguration of messages so that you characters do not get left out of your message when we send them into the network.
05:24 Intelligent Source Routing
The fifth one, intelligent source routing, really this means automated source address selection that still allows for apply path messaging.
06:32 Voice Activated Virtual Mobile Numbers

01:48 Opt In
02:08 Stop Message
02:15 Contact exists
02:21 Contact doesnt exist
02:35 PART TWO
02:36 Multi-Part Messaging
The next topic is multi-part messaging. Not everyone understands what multi-part means, but SMS messages are limited to 160 characters in length.
04:02 Auto Extended Character Set Detection
However, you can send messages longer than 160 characters. and if you do so our system will detect the length of the message, and split it into multiple messages to be sent to your recipient.
03:16 PART THREE
03:16 Unique Recipient Feature
The next feature unique recipient feature. Another important feature of the sending process is if you send to a list of recipients.
03:41 Input to Send Process
04:02 PART FOUR
04:02 Auto Extended Character Set Detection
The next topic, auto extended character set detection. This is the extended part on character sets. In turning messages into the GSM mobile network. We can choose to encode the message content in one of two character sets, GSM or UTF-16.
04:20 GSM Character Set
04:26 UTF-16
04:49 128 Standard GSM Characters
04:58 Chinese Message
05:09 Web Application
When using our web application to send messages we show you what encoding will be used.
1- How many characters in your message.
2- How many message parts will be contained in your full message content.
05:24 PART FIVE
05:24 Intelligent Source Routing
The next topic, intelligent source routing is all about setting the source address on your message.
05:30 Source Address
The system allows you to set your own source address up to 11 characters. That might be
1- name
2- business name
3- mobile number.
05:40 Virtual Mobile Number
05:50 Blank Source Address
However, with intelligent source routing the system sets the source address for you. It does this if you leave the source address blank.
This could be very useful when sending to multiple countries and you don't have your own source addresses within those countries.

2- They can simply call the number that shows as the source address of that message.
