Cantinflas goes to a friend's house to serenade him, as his birthday is the next day, and is informed that his friend has passed away. The following night, he meets a very famous surgeon and asks him to operate on a girl he has secretly loved. The surgeon performs the operation, and the couple lives happily ever after.
