Plot summary
The babysitter and the child: Miranda Evans (Jessica Simpson), a college student, takes a babysitting job for a young girl named Danielle Randall (Ashley Edner).
The doll collection: Danielle has a large and eerily lifelike collection of dolls, which she keeps locked in a glass cabinet. Miranda is disturbed to find that the dolls seem to move on their own and appear in different locations around the house.
The mystery: The child blames the unsettling occurrences on her dolls. Miranda grows increasingly suspicious, especially when strange things begin to happen and she finds wallets belonging to previous babysitters. These wallets contain ID cards with the same names as the dolls.
The twist: Miranda discovers that Danielle has the power to transform people into dolls. Miranda becomes the next victim of this power and is turned into a doll herself, becoming a new addition to the collection.
