Sekar, struggling to support her three children alone by running a food stall, has recently become restless because her food always goes bad shortly after being served. Sekar goes to see Mak Ambar, a shaman who installed a "sales booster" at her stall. However, it turns out Mak Ambar has died.
Since then, the genie who had been helping her has been demanding her life, causing Sekar to become possessed every night. Her three children try to cure her, but their efforts end up threatening the lives of their entire family.
