Frustrated locals march Kuinamol Kevona substation, Sanguem due to erratic power for 40 days
Due to erratic power for 40 days at Rivona and Cavere Pirla, more than 200 frustrated locals gharaoed the Kuinamol Kevona substation at Sanguem constituency. The locals claim that they receive electricity for only two hours a day and rest of the time they have to live in darkness. They stated that the AE, JE and other electricity officials do not answer the calls of the locals whenever there’s an outage. Police were present on the site to handle the angry crowd.
