This is a Tutorial on how to resolve the issue with CloudFlare is that when you directly acess your cpanel on www.mysite.com/cpanel or www.mysite.com:2086 it sets itself into a loop, although it authenticates you it continously loops thus causing the problem of no access to your websites cPanel.
