I have received a good number of questions regarding flash photography and more specifically ... what is high speed sync flash, how to use it, do I need it, etc. The overall goal is to keep a wide open aperture to capture nice blurred background and use flash for fill. In this video I provide a brief overview, demo, and a few thoughts which should be of some help:). I did not have the best weather for the demo but was to use flash at 1/1000th of second:).
