What’s included in franchise training?
Typically you're going to see onboarding training where they're going to help you set up your business. They're going to have an in-person training where you're actually getting in the field with the brand, learning all of the systems, learning how to actually do the work, learning how to manage a team inside of the brand. Then you'll also have marketing support and ongoing coaching and operational support. Ultimately a franchisor should be offering you not just a system for you to implement but all of the training and coaching that you need to actually have success in your market.
