I Can’t Believe THIS Is Entry-Level Now … insane value! | MOZA R5 Pro Review
Six Newton meters isn’t a lot.
But a few years ago, a complete direct-drive setup like this for around €419 would have sounded almost impossible.
The new MOZA R5 Pro Bundle includes the 6Nm wheelbase, ES Lite steering wheel, SR-P Lite 2 pedals and a proper metal table clamp - and it might be one of the easiest ways to get properly into sim racing today.
In this review, I test the force feedback, desk mounting, steering wheel, pedals, heat, upgrade path and MOZA Pit House - which, despite some slightly strange UI choices, has quietly become one of the best and most adjustable software packages in sim racing.
And of course, we get slightly nerdy about encoder resolution, torque, rotational inertia and why the small 280mm wheel actually makes the base feel stronger than you might expect.
Is 6 Nm enough? Where does it start clipping? And should you buy this, or save for a stronger base?
