Titan quest:Ragnarok - Non Quest Bosses
In this video you can see all the legendary bosses that were added in the game that you do not have to kill in order to proceed.
Due to my Conqueror being a bit too overpowered for those bosses, I didn't use any buff skills and I set the game in Players 6 mode, hence the massive loot from the chests.
Boar Snatcher is found in Act1 and is the first boss you will encounter in epic. He is a great boss to farm in epic since his loot will be better than anything else up to that point, is faced very early and lastly has a close fountain.
Lernean Hydra is the only boss that appears only in Legendary and is one of the most difficult bosses in the game found in Act 1 as well. Therefore the loot from Lernean Hydra is also one of the best in the entire game offering the best chances to acquire the rarest items including Ferrus Gnosi.
Talos is another boss in Act 1 and is another great spot for farming. He can be dangerous if you are not prepared but the loot is also very good and worth the time given the fact that a fountain is also near.
Sandqueen Masika is found in Act 2 and is a new addition with the TQ anniversary edition. She is found in the alternative passage from Memphis to Giza, a route no one ever was taking because it was longer and didn't offer anything until now.
Manticore is also found in Act 2 and one of the hardest bosses in the game. His loot is good but the long distance and the lack of a close fountain doesn't prove efficient in farming him.
Dragon Liche is the only boss in Act 3 and along with Manticore and Lernean Hydra are the monster trio in the game. Dragon Liche is a tough boss and not being prepared against him may prove to many deaths. In the secondary stats he is listed as a stronger boss than Typhoon and even Hades.
Fafnir is a new boss in the new Expansion, Ragnarok. He is a fairly easy one since he lacks offensive capabilities but his defenses are high. His loot doesn't seem to be very good but he is very close to a fountain and grants a good amount of experience.
To sum up, Lernean Hydra is probably the best boss to farm out of all of them since it's close to a fountain and can offer the best items in the game being also just in the first act acquiring some rare stuff before you proceed any further.
