Sign in to use your Google Account
https://myaccount.google.com/
Click SECURITY menu link on the left hand side of the screen.
Scroll down to your connections to Third-party apps & Services.
Click on any App that has access to your Google account that you wish to remove, then click "See details".
Click on "Stop using sign in with Google.
