This is a very high end setup to test if this build has potential to beat all the valdos or delve content in the game, I haven't yet backtracked to a cheaper version because im waiting on 3.24 patch notes first.
Charms are used here that wont be here next league but just like tattoos, crucible trees etc we will probably have a different borrowed power next league
I really screwed up the beyond node so enjoy the failings
here is a giga expensive and "slightly" cheaper PoB. the dmg number in PoB is basically 1/4th that number

Yes if this build looks good next patch ill try making like something in the 10-100d range. I may even theorycraft league starting into this before I swap MFA later, all depends on patch notes
