Evolution minimized in tray & new mail notify in GNOME 40

For some time I have switched from Thunderbird to Evolution for my mailboxes and thanks to the Evolution On plugin it is possible to keep it minimized and receive notifications of new mails directly from the GNOME 40 panel.
